Summer in Bayfield
Bayfield Mews is growing once again as our residents watch the construction on Block 2 move along at great speed. The four homes under construction in Block 2 are the last homes in our Phase 1. We still have openings in our Phase 2 and construction is scheduled for the beginning of 2017.
As usual, our Sales Office will be open every weekend from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Saturday and Sunday as well as holidays. A group of our home owners have graciously offered their homes for viewing during the weekend which offers the visitor a unique opportunity to see a home fully decorated. If you are unable to visit during these hours, our after-hours contact number is (519) 565-4542 or owners in units 15, 18, or 37 will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
The following are examples of a few of the many events that will be taking place during the month of August in Bayfield:
- The 31st Annual Bayfield Antique and Collectibles Show and Sale will be held on August 5 – 7, 2016, at the Bayfield Arena. It is a fundraiser for Trinity Anglican Church in Bayfield. The Gala Evening Opening Celebration is set for Friday, August 5th from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Advance tickets are $10.00 and are available now from Church members until the Thursday prior to the show at 5:00 p.m. Tickets at the door are $12.00.
- The Friends of the Bayfield Library (FOBL) will be holding their annual book sale at the Bayfield Library on August 20-21, 2016. Booklovers are invited to pay what they can with all proceeds going to the library and community. Hours for the sale are Saturday from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. and Sunday, from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Gently used books, puzzles and games can be dropped off at the Library from 1:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. on August 12, 16, 17.
